How to Prepare Your Scientific Poster

It is important that you carefully read and observe these guidelines in order to ensure that your poster meets the required standards and effectively communicates your work.

Facilities at the Congress Center

Scientific posters will be presented throughout the Congress on boards in the main Poster Exhibition Hall.

• Each poster has a unique number which will be posted on the poster panel.
• Each poster presenter are responsible for the installation as well as the removal of the poster.
• Fittings will be dispensed at the venue.

Poster size and orientation:

• Size: World format; 128 cm high x 89.5 broad
• Portrait (i.e., vertical) orientation is preferred
